The children learned about space this week. We were able to dig in moon sand for planets and stars. The children also had a great time making their own Earth and Mars. To finish off a great week, we shot off a water rocket.
They had a BLAST!!!!

Magna's Easter Party

The Easter bunny came to visit our school. We had so much fun watching the Easter bunny dance and we all got our pictures taken with him. This is our Pre-School class enjoying their time with the Easter bunny before their egg hunt.

This is Mr.Tyson and Ms. Lacy's school age class saying HAPPY EASTER!! with the Easter bunny. We all tried sitting on the Easter bunnys lap at the same time but it didn't work out so well. The Easter bunny brought us all lots of yummy treats and we had a huge egg hunt.

They found all their eggs.. YAY!!!!!!

Spring is here!

In March the children were learning about Community Helpers and as part of our curriculum they were able to go to our local firestation on a field trip! Miss Mandi's and Miss Characa's class were scheduled to go on two different dates but on the day that Miss Characa's class went to the field trip they got a call! So we combined both classes and the kids took the walk over to the firestation. They came back so happy and excited. We had a lot of children wanting to be firemen after this day :D

EASTER PARTY!!!!!

We had the funnest Easter Party!!! We even got a special visit from the Easter bunny, (played by Miss Olga) even though some children didn't feel that way.

The kids behaved so well in preparation for his/her visit, "since the Easter Bunny only visits well behaved children because he is shy" haha

The babies had such mixed emotions over seeing the bunny! Some definitely did not like it, while others stared. It was the first time seeing the Easter Bunny for each of these babies!
